Sad news recently circulated in the media. Ryszard Poznakowski has died. The artist became known as a talented musician, composer and arranger. Fans remember him from bands such as Trubadurzy, Czerwono-Czarni and Poznakowski Band. His popular songs include: “We only know each other by sight” and “Be the girl of my dreams.” The famous musician died at the age of 78. On December 11, a farewell mass was held for him. Two days later, on December 13, the artist's funeral took place. Many famous people appeared at the ceremony.

The stars said goodbye to Ryszard Poznakowski on social media. “On June 15 this year, we hosted him at our 'Wizards and Hippies' concert in Lublin. We played together, not knowing that this was Ryś's last performance. He left us beautiful music. Rest in peace, Ryś” – the band's musicians wrote online Suflera's booth. The artist was also farewelled live. As “Fakt” emphasized earlier, Ryszard Poznakowski's funeral took place on December 13 in Szelków. On his last journey, the artist was accompanied by, among others: Piotr Kuźniak, Tomasz Zeliszewski, Mieczysław Jurecki and Halina Frąckowiak. Ewa Krawczykwidow of Krzysztof Krawczykgave a speech. “After Krzyś's death, I didn't have many phone calls, people were probably afraid or didn't know how to talk to me. Rysiu was one of the few people who kept in touch with me all the time. He supported me and warned me. (… ) I will not forget this for the rest of my life. It was beautiful of him and helped me a lot to survive the worst period in my life,” she described the deceased.

Appearances included: Olga Lipińska, Jacek Cygan, Irena Santor, Wanda KwietniewskaMaria Szabłowska and Anna Jurksztowicz. Jacek Cygan had a prepared speech. – Dear wife and daughter Karolina, friends, I look at you and I know that you know more about Richard than I do. What's the point of talking about Richard if we didn't know he was here? It reminded me of Herbert's poem. “This is the end, the hands lie separate, the sword lies separate, the head and legs of the knight in soft slippers are separate.” Then it dawned on me: you were a knight, you were always eager to fight like Don Quixote – he said about the late Ryszard Poznakowski.
