When will it stop raining? Rainfall will continue into the beginning of the new week. Later, the weather in Poland will be shaped by high pressure systems. The country will be dominated by sunshine, and thermometers will show even 25 degrees Celsius.
The weather in Poland is shaped by the filling low pressure system, the Genoese Boris low with its center over Slovakia and Hungary.
– A warm air mass of polar origin is flowing in from the southeast – informs tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Damian Zdonek.
High pressure systems will bring a change in the weather
In the next 24 hours, the retreating frontal zone will still be visible in the south and partly in central Poland, however, precipitation above 10 liters of water per square meter is forecast only in southern Poland. During the night, another 10-15 l/m2 will fall, locally in mountainous areas up to 25 l/m2, while during the day another 2-5 l/m2, in the mountains up to a maximum of 10 l/m2.
– From Tuesday, meteorologically, we can expect a significant improvement in atmospheric conditions – says Zdonek and adds that the weather will be shaped by high pressure systems – initially a high pressure from north-western Russia, then a high pressure from Scandinavia.
