Migrants who attacked the Polish services at the border crossing Kuźnica Białostocka – Bruzgi on Tuesday evening were back in the forest camp on the border of Belarus with Poland on Tuesday evening – said the spokeswoman for the Border Guard, Second Lieutenant Anna Michalska. The entry is accompanied by a video showing, among others like two people throwing stones at the Polish officers, and a group of people sitting in a circle by the fire. In an interview with PAP, a spokeswoman for the Border Guard, Sec. Anna Michalska announced that there is now “relative peace”. – People are in a camp, where they sit and light fires – added Michalska.

– We assume that there are about two thousand people there – she said.

The Border Guard informed that the migrants had started returning to the camp after 2 p.m. the announcement and the recording was published.

State of emergency

Since September 2, due to the migratory pressure in the border zone with Belarus, 183 localities in the Podlaskie and Lubelskie voivodships have been under a state of emergency. It was introduced for 30 days under the ordinance of President Andrzej Duda, issued at the request of the Council of Ministers. The Seym agreed to extend the state of emergency for another 60 days.

The Bug River is a natural dam on the section of the Polish-Belarusian border in the Lubelskie Voivodeship.
