The situation regarding the execution of the prison sentence against Kamiński and Wąsik is still unclear.

OKO.press reported that former agents “are not MPs, so imposing a prison sentence on them is easy.” “Especially since they did not submit applications for deferment of the sentence,” it was added.
“Such an application was submitted only by the deputy District Prosecutor in Warsaw, who requested the discontinuation of enforcement proceedings against all convicts, including Wąsik and Kamiński. He also submitted an application to suspend the execution of the sentence until this application is considered,” the portal reported. However, the court refused to suspend the sentencing of the two former agents, which means that the police may send them to prison at any time.
