Collegium Humanum scandal

In March 2023, with the arrest of CBA two people due to the suspicion of receiving material and personal benefits, the Collegium Humanum scandal broke out regarding trade in diplomas by this private university.

The university was established in 2018 in Warsaw. According to media reports, it offered rapid courses that allowed you to obtain an MBA diploma. Such diplomas allow you to apply for positions on supervisory boards of State Treasury companies.

The credibility of documents issued by Collegium Humanum was supposed to be ensured by foreign universities, but it turned out that they were not authorized to conduct MBA studies. Collegium Humanum graduates included politicians, presidents and board members of State Treasury companies, secret service officers and military commanders.
