A two-year-old child from Frydek-Mistek, Czech Republic, got stuck in a toilet seat cover. The intervention of the fire brigade turned out to be necessary, and the incident was reported on social media.

Fire Department of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the Czech Republic about his intervention in the 56,000-strong residents of the city of Frydek-Mistek, near the Polish border, announced Wednesday. As she reported on Twitter, firefighters removed the head of a two-year-old child from the toilet seat by cutting it. “The child came out of the unpleasant situation unscathed,” the statement reads, accompanied by photos taken by local officials. “The entire operation took ten minutes,” CNN Prima News reported.

Information about the incident was also provided by the Novinky.cz portal, which reminded of a similar intervention from March. A boy from the town of Říčany got stuck in a top-loading washing machine. He crossed his legs in such a way that he couldn’t get out. Firefighters had to remove the side cover of the device and then “carefully cut off the part near the filler hole to safely get the boy out.”
