The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court accepted PiS's appeal against the decision of the National Electoral Commission rejecting the party's financial report from the parliamentary elections. Prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek was dismissed from her delegation to the Ministry of Justice and the National Council of Prosecutors. The police are looking for Marcin Romanowski in connection with the court's decision to arrest him. Here are five things to know on Thursday, December 12.
1. The unrecognized chamber of the Supreme Court decided on the PiS subsidy
Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court allowed the appeal PIS from the decision NEC rejecting the party's financial report from the parliamentary elections.
This Chamber is questioned by part of the legal community and European tribunals. Earlier, the National Electoral Commission submitted a request to exclude the judges adjudicating on this case, which was rejected.
2. Prosecutor Wrzosek dismissed from the delegation
“Today I was dismissed from my delegation to the Ministry of Justice and the National Council of Prosecutors attached to the Prosecutor General,” said prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. She added that it was a decision Adam Bodnar.
The spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General, Anna Adamiak, explained in an interview with tvn24.pl that the minister agreed to the request for dismissal from the delegation, which was submitted by Wrzosek herself.
3. The police are looking for Romanowski
Officers are working to determine the whereabouts of Marcin Romanowski. On Tuesday, the police received documents regarding the decision on temporary arrest.
– I don't know where Minister Romanowski is. If this is civil disobedience, I can understand it – said MP Michał Wójcik from the PiS club in “Kropka nad i” on TVN24. – Hiding it proves only one thing: that the court issued the right decision – said MP Barbara Dolniak (Civic Coalition).

4. World Cup for the Saudis
