– The situation in Syria is monitored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our missions. We remain in contact with our allies and according to the information we received from our consular service, there is no information that Polish citizens staying in Syria have suffered any health damage as a result of the ongoing fighting, he said.

Moreover, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman appealed to people who “had the idea to go to Syria at a time when the situation is very uncertain not to go there.” – And those who have the opportunity to leave have tried to do so – added Wroński.
At the press conference, he emphasized that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is currently in contact with approximately 130 Polish citizens who are in Syria.
