The Fitbit app has been coping with some points for hours, and the Google-owned firm acknowledged Wednesday evening that there are some issues proper now.
“We’re conscious that some clients are experiencing points with the Fitbit app and we’re at present investigating,” Fitbit wrote in a message on X (formerly Twitter) at 8:01PM ET. “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, thanks in your persistence!” In a reply to a pissed off person asking for an ETA, Fitbit said that “we will’t present any timeframe as of now.”
Fitbit’s community page additionally has a giant banner that reads: “We’re persevering with to research the difficulty affecting Fitbit gadgets. Thanks in your persistence.”
