“Our Call Center will contact the passengers of the affected cruises to change the reservation,” LOT spokesman Krzysztof Moczulski announced on the platform X.
Warning strike
The Verdi trade union called employees of many German airports to conduct a full -day warning strike on Monday. It is to apply to airports in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Kolonii/Bonn, Duesseldorf, Dortmund, Hanover, Bremen, Hamburg, Berlin-Brandenburg and Leipzig-Halle-said the DPA agency. Before the airport closure was announced, only 10 flights were made in the morning, the others were canceled – explained the DPA agency.
Verdi demands, among others Wage increases by 8 %, but at least 350 euros more per month, as well as three additional days off. Employers rejected their demands, considering them unattainable. Further negotiations will take place on March 14-16 in Potsdam.
