Grail captured: The German Lisner announced that it has completed the takeover of most of the business that previously belonged to the Graal Group. The finalization of the contract was announced on November 29. Thus, Lisner acquired through Greenwich Investment 100 percent shares.

Consent of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: Information about the planned purchase of Grail by Lisner first appeared in February 2023. A few weeks later application for consent to the transaction was submitted to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), which in September 2024 issued positive decision on this matter.

Lisner in Poland: The company is part of the pan-European food concern UTM (Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller), which is best known as owner Müller dairy products brand. It has been operating in Poland since 1991. Lisner's headquarters and main bet production plant is located in Poznań. The second factory, located near Kołobrzeg, remained purchased in 2016

About the Grail group: The leading producer of fish products in Central and Eastern Europe employs over 2,200 employees in Poland. It exports products to 38 countries. In 2022, the company recorded flat sales PLN 1.6 billion.
