Pope Francis is in a stable state. The recently observed slight improvement in his health has been confirmed by doctors – we read in the Vatican's evening press release.
The head of the church has been in the hospital since February 14.
On the day on which the medical newsletter did not appear, journalists were informed that the stable condition of 88 -year -old Francis was maintained, which with the complexity of the clinical situation – as is noted – in itself is a positive element confirming the recently observed gradual, slight improvement.
In the morning the Pope participated in the mass, and in the afternoon he could observe the Lenten Roman Roman retreat, connecting to the Paul VI Aula, although – as explained – he was not seen.
Francis visited the Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin and his deputy Archbishop Edgar Pen Parra in the gemella polyclinice.
The medical newsletter will be released on Monday.
