In April we will see new episodes of the hit series “The Last of Us”. A trailer for the second series has appeared online, featuring characters well known to fans of the series and a new character.
The less than a minute-long teaser was posted on Max's social media accounts on Tuesday. In addition to characters known from the first season of the series, such as Joel (again played by Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey), a new character appears in the announcement: Abby, played by Kaitlyn Dever. “It doesn't matter if you follow a code like I do,” Abby says in the new trailer. – Some things are simply considered bad – adds the heroine.

Third season of “The Last of Us”?
The announcement by one of the series' producers, Craig Mazin, shows that while “The Last of Us” was based on a computer game of the same title, the second season of the series will be an adaptation of the game “The Last of Us Part II”. In an interview with The Wrap in 2023, Mazin said that the second part of the game is so extensive that its film adaptation could be divided into seasons. – I think there is still more to do than one season – he said.
