Draft changes to abortion law

The Sejm decided on Friday that four draft changes to abortion law were referred for further work in the extraordinary committee. These are two projects of the Left, one of the Civic Coalition and one of the Third Way, i.e. PSL and Poland 2050.

A project by a group of MPs from the Civic Coalition parliamentary club was submitted to the Sejm. It assumes that a pregnant person has the right to health services in the form of termination of pregnancy during the first 12 weeks of its duration.
