He also suggested that the meeting had not ended with any decision, but all its participants decided that “all allies as the closest cooperation was needed as possible under NATO“.

In a word: European leaders met, signaled to the world their unity in the very difficult situation for Europe and the European Union, but they did not find the answer to the most important question that directed them all to Paris. And if they found them – judging by the reaction and words Tusk, however, it was not so – they did not want to communicate this to the world, leaving the public, but above all the United States and Russia in the belief that Europe is still lost and uncertain.

Because having no idea for herself, looking for their agency and sighing for the lost strength, she could only make a mess similar to what the infamous Minsk agreements from 2014 and 2015.

However, not only the answers to this question were not heard by either Europe, America and Russia. After the Paris peak, we also did not learn anything when it comes to:

• how European countries want to provide Ukraine with subjective treatment in negotiations with Russia, and after negotiating the peace its durability and inviolability; Additionally: how they plan to prevent Russia to come out of its aggression to Ukraine as the winner of the war

• whether Europe is ready and how it is ready for a trade war with the United States, which from time to time threatens the European Union Donald Trump, although the EU has at least the same as America, if not more, tools to seriously harm the economy of the other party
• How Europe plans to find itself in the more and more evidently forced by Trump's administration to return to the concept of the “concert of powers”, where the most important matters of the globe are decided in three capitals: WashingtonBeijing and Moscow (v Brusselsas the EU capital, no, because it is considered weak, divided and unable to react)

Of course, it remains to be hoped that all the above questions, but also a number of others, European leaders or answers already have, or are close to their essays. However, the enigmatic piercing from the Paris peak is not optimistic. It is difficult to think that a group of the most powerful and experienced politicians on the continent should not be aware of the historical importance of the events of recent days on the United States.

In this context The peak in Paris was a unique opportunity to speak, show an idea for yourself, but also to the European and global geopolitical order, and finally – how brutally and primitively it would not sound – in a clear manifestation of strength. Because here it seems to be the most serious problem of Europe in relations with Trump and his surroundings. It consists in misunderstanding the only language that understands and respects the new American administration. The language of strength and agency. The language of political compromises and lobby diplomacy Europe has not yet worked on anything and does not seek imminent changes in this matter.
