“It was exceptional to see people from all over the country meeting their family, friends and loved ones,” wrote Prince William and Princess Kate on Twitter, thanking everyone for participating in the Platinum Jubilee of Elizabeth II. “We all had a great time, especially Louis …” they recalled the 4-year-old prince who twice caught the attention of guests and photojournalists.
“What a fantastic weekend of celebration. Seeing people from all over the country meeting their family, friends and loved ones was exceptional,” they wrote on Twitter.
In another series of entries, they thanked everyone who showed gratitude to the Queen of Great Britain and her “inspiring 70 years of leadership”. “From the crowds on the Mall to the street party communities across the country, we hope you had an unforgettable weekend,” we read.

Prince Louis was angry. Duchess Kate calmed him
Four-year-old Prince Louis, the youngest son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, was captured by cameras on Sunday in a slightly less formal situation when he got angry during the celebration. He took part of his nerves on his mother, Princess Kate.
On Thursday the boy caught the attention of photojournalists as, standing next to Elizabeth IIi on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, he was covering his ears during air shows.
