The Krakow Foundation Institute Łukasiewicz was to “be used contrary to the purpose” almost three million zlotys from ministerial subsidies – discovered KAS auditors who notified the prosecutor's office in this case. The auditors also revealed the system of marking entities that were to win competitions in the sports ministry.
