During the rule of the United Right, Polish taxpayers' money went – through the Polish Chamber of Commerce operating in the USA – to a lobbyist spreading Russian propaganda – found the journalist of “Black on White” Marek Osiecimski in the reportage “Attaboys, i.e. the Prime Minister's Cubs”. According to documents and e-mail correspondence, the then Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and the then Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Adam Bielan, were personally involved in the creation of this Chamber. Both politicians influenced not only the composition of the Chamber, but also its decisions when this institution signed a contract with a company that had disgraced itself by working for the Kremlin's people.

Polish Chamber of Commerce in USA was mentioned by General Jarosław Stróżyk, chairman of the commission for investigating Russian and Belarusian influence, as an institution that could finance Russian influence in the United States.
According to documents obtained by the “Black and white” reporter Marek Osiecimski, the most important people in the country – including the then Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and then deputy speaker of the Senate Adam Bielan – in 2018, they supervised the activities that led to the creation of this chamber and, indirectly, to the transfer of Polish taxpayers' money to the account of an American lobbyist, previously involved in spreading Russian propaganda.
Theoretically, everything was supposed to promote Poland in the United States, but today none of the politicians involved in this project want to admit to the actions of the chamber of commerce.

Money for a lobbyist linked to the Kremlin
As Osiecimski found, through the mentioned Chamber, money from Polish State Treasury companies and foundations went to Christopher Cooper, the owner of the lobbying company Potomac Square Group (PSG) – a man spreading Kremlin propaganda in the USA.
The fact that Cooper is associated with the Kremlin was publicly known long before the Polish Chamber of Commerce signed an agreement with him.
Before this happened, Christopher Cooper's Potomac Square Group first disgraced itself by cooperating with people clearly associated with the Kremlin, including Rinat Akhmetshin, whom General Stróżyk said at his conference that he was a former GRU agent. PSG also cooperated in Washington with people who are currently being prosecuted by the FBI for trying to influence the US presidential elections in 2016. PSG also helped the Kremlin in Washington whitewash the case of the famous murder in a Russian prison of lawyer Sergei Magnitsky, who exposed the corruption scandal in the Russian authorities.
– Potomac Square was involved in a nasty business by working for people whom I would describe as opponents of Poland – said “Black and White” William Browder, an American-British entrepreneur and philanthropist, a former associate of Magnitsky, called one of his greatest enemies Vladimir Putinwhich for many years was the largest foreign investor in Russia.

As “Black and White” journalists found out, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and the then Deputy Speaker of the Senate Adam Bielan personally supervised the process of establishing the Chamber, the selection of its members and influenced its decisions at the time when this institution signed an agreement with the Potomac Square Group company, previously engaged in spreading Kremlin propaganda.
