More controversy surrounding the program “Question for breakfast”. The TVP morning show has been accused of abuse. All because of an expert who appeared on the show in one of the editions. According to the National Chamber of Physiotherapists, the specialist is not registered. The program's director has not yet responded to the allegations.

The case concerns the edition that was to be broadcast on June 29 this year. One of the issues discussed at that time was chiropractic. The material was titled “Chiropractic – for whom, in what situations?”The program was hosted by Claudia Carlos and Robert El Gendyand Tomasz Chachurski appeared on the air, performing a procedure on a patient live. “Mr. Tomasz Chachurski was presented as a physiotherapist and chiropractor, while Mr. Andrzej Czyżewski – as a master of physiotherapy and chiropractor” – reported the Virtual Media portal.

After the broadcast of the program, the National Council of Physiotherapists reacted. On July 2nd of this year, the president of the KRF, Dr. Tomasz Dybek, sent a letter to the head of “Pytania na Å›niadanie” Kinga DobrzyÅ„ska. The letter pointed out inaccuracies due to the fact that Chachurski was presented on the air as a physiotherapist. According to information provided by the president of the KRF, the man is not entered in the register and has no right to call himself a physiotherapist. However, TVP did not react to the letter sent in any way. Tomasz Dybek decided to send it again on July 16, demanding a correction. The public broadcaster's response came after more than a month. TVP refused to publish the correction, citing press regulations. The President of the KRF does not agree with this position and announces further steps in the matter.“We would like to point out that, in accordance with Article 33, Section 3 of the Press Law: When refusing to publish a correction, the editor-in-chief is obliged to immediately, but no later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the correction, provide the applicant with written notification of the refusal and the reasons for it. The letter from the Chamber was received by Telewizja Polska SA in liquidation on July 8, 2024, and we received a response on July 30, 2024, i.e. after the deadline resulting from the provisions of the aforementioned Act,” added Tomasz Dybek.
