Jim Ratcliffe recorded the largest decline in property. Over the past year, his fortune has shrunk by almost 6.5 billion pounds and currently amounts to 17 billion pounds. Ratcliffe fell in ranking from fourth to seventh place. Ratcliffe is the founder and main shareholder of the chemical giant Ineos, also known thanks to the purchase of shares in the Manchester United football club.
The fourth place belongs to James Dyson, an entrepreneur and inventor (20.8 billion pounds), and the fifth to Idan offer (20.1 billion pounds).
