Everyone is very scared. One of the residents said he heard the sound of a shell flying over the village – reported from Przewodów, where the explosion took place on Tuesday evening, CNN reporter Matthew Chance. Witnesses told journalists that the explosion was so strong that windows in a school located 200 meters away shook.

CNN reporter Matthew Chance went to Przewodowo. As he said, a lot of people gathered at the scene and the main street was closed by the police. – Experts are at the site of the blast trying to determine what exactly happened. They collect fragments of these shells, try to determine whether they were Russian or Ukrainian shells. There is a possibility that these were anti-aircraft missiles fired by the Ukrainians, the journalist explained.
CNN reporter: people are shocked
The reporter spoke to the villagers. He stressed that it was a “very difficult time” for them. “It’s a very tight-knit community. Everyone is very scared. One resident said he heard the sound of a shell flying over the village, he said.
Chance also spoke to a janitor at a local school, located 200 meters from where the explosion occurred. “She said the explosion was so strong that the school’s windows shook,” he said.
– People are shocked. The two farmers, the men who died, were known to everyone in this small village, he added.
