This year's Marathon in Tokyo took place on March 2. Unlike most sports competitions in the world, players from Russia took part in the capital of Japan. Darja Jadiernaj was the best among the Russian women. The runner obtained a time of 2: 46.42, but shortly after the run, the result was canceled.

As it turned out, the reason for the decision of the judges was the Russian fraud. The bosses of the run proved that Jadiernaja missed several time measurement points. In short: the Russian woman chose the shortcut and did not follow the entire marathon route. It was not an isolated situation. An additional investigation showed that Jadiernaja had been cheating in marathons for at least five years! The Russian ran shortcuts in London, Chicago, Berlin and New York.

Recently, Jadiernaja seems to be a full marathon only in Boston in 2022. She obtained there time 03: 57.37, i.e. a result very far from the top and from the result from Tokyo. This was only to confirm the suspicions of this player's fraud.

In the above -mentioned marathons, Jadiernaja was to run only from 30 to 34 km. The investigation in this case has shown that the Russian woman even used the subway during the competition in Berlin! This was to be evidenced by the extremely fast pace of some measuring sections.

During the races, Jadiernaj was also to use the phone regularly to check the maps and look for the shortest roads to the finish. One of the opponents also performed against the Russian, who finished with Jadierna in the United Arab Emirates, but never once saw her on the route.

After the scandal, coach Vladimir Kuźmin ended her cooperation with the runner. He did the same as the previous Russian trainer, who suspected her of scandalous fraud. Interestingly, in 2016, the runner published a book in which she describes the best ways to prepare for the marathon.
