The Sejm adopted the Deregulation Act – TVN24 Biznes

The first deregulation act was adopted on Thursday by the Sejm. It introduces, among others, a shorter control time of micro -enterprises or simpler rules for conducting business activity.

411 deputies voted for the adoption of the act along with amendments, 5 were against, no one abstained. The Senate will now deal with the act.

According to the ministry, in the coming days the bill introducing the second deregulation package is to be entered into the list of government's work.

The adopted deregulation act introduces, among others shortening the control time of micro -entrepreneurs from 12 to 6 days, Introduction of the obligation to deliver the entrepreneur before initiating an initial list of information and documents and allowing the possibility to object to control activities.

New solutions accelerate administrative proceedings and simplify the principles of conducting business activities. The Act allows craftsmen conducting business activity in the form of a capital company.

Electronization of proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber has been introduced, which will allow remote hearings.

The Act also sets out new rules for creating law. Draft laws that impose obligations on entrepreneurs will have 6 months of vacatio legis.

The principle of balancing administrative obligations, referring to the concept of the so -called One in, One Out. When designing new obligations, the project designer is to strive to reduce the burdens arising from the provisions that are already in force in a given field.

Accepted corrections

The amendments adopted by the Sejm provide, among others: – exemption of the spokesman for small and medium -sized enterprises from paying court fees during court proceedings, in which he appears on behalf of entrepreneurs, – full co -financing from the state budget of the costs of training by craftsmen by vocational school students under the so -called dual education, – rewriting sports clubs from registers kept by starosts to the National Court Register.
