According to people working at Santos, the former coach also had problems with aggression. “He was such a boor that it's mind-boggling. The first match, against the Czech Republic in Prague. Fernando Santos did not want to establish closer relations with the players
One of the interviewees admitted that Santos did not fully understand the role of a coach. “He assumed that (…) he was only there to name the line-up.
