– We actually talked with prosecutor Barski, but if any further actions are taken, prosecutor Barski will be the first person to be informed about it – replied the head of the Ministry of Justice.

Bodnar added that “what is important in our relations is that we try to talk to each other and regardless of the issues related to the status of the prosecutor’s office, we also try to cooperate on a daily basis in the context of various cases conducted by the prosecutor’s office.

He also assessed that one of the most important issues that are currently of interest is the issue of the immunity of Confederation MP Grzegorz Braun. – And we are in contact with prosecutor Barski in this case – said Bodnar.
