We want to help people whose life and health are at risk. we will arrange all logistics, we will navigate marked ambulances and comply with the law. In our opinion, the state of emergency ordinance does not prohibit us from doing so, “he wrote on his Facebook.
21 medics signed the application. Among them are not only doctors, but also paramedics.

“As people with medical education, we are returning to you with a request to allow us to enter the area on the eastern border of the Republic of Poland, covered by the state of emergency, in order to provide medical assistance to immigrants and refugees present there” – we read in the application to the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
“Media reports and information that we receive from volunteers operating in the border region, regarding the health condition of immigrants and refugees, raise our deepest concern. Our experience and professional knowledge make us believe that it is necessary to quickly provide these people with professional medical care” – continue the doctors .
At the same time, they ensure that they do not take a position on the political aspects of the crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border. “As medics, however, we feel morally obligated to help people whose life and health are at risk and, to our knowledge, they do not receive such help” – they emphasize.
SG: 347 attempts to illegally cross the Polish-Belarusian border, 10 people arrested
On Saturday morning, the Border Guard announced that 347 attempts to illegally cross the Belarusian border with Poland were recorded on Friday. Officers detained four illegal immigrants. – The detained persons are three Congo citizens and one Syrian citizen – said the spokesman of the Border Guard, 2nd Lt. Anna Michalska.

A state of emergency has been in force since September 2 in the border zone with Belarus, i.e. in part of the Podlaskie and Lubelskie provinces. It covers 183 towns. It was introduced for 30 days under the ordinance of President Andrzej Duda, issued at the request of the Council of Ministers
