IMWM warnings – strong wind
Strong wind warnings have been issued in the following voivodeships:
Strong wind gusts are forecast in these regions with an average speed of up to 40-50 kilometers per hour, with gusts reaching up to 75-80 km/h. It will be dangerous until 12 noon on Sunday.
IMWM warnings – heavy snowfall
Yellow alerts for heavy snowfall are in force in the voivodeship Silesianin the following counties: Żywiec, Cieszyn, Bielsko.
Snowfall is forecast there, causing the snow cover to increase by 15-20 centimeters in some places. The warnings will come into force at 3 on Sunday and will expire at 3 on Monday.
IMWM threat forecast for Sunday
Very strong winds are expected in the north of the country on Sunday. Level 2 alerts for this weather threat may appear in coastal counties of the province. West Pomeranian Voivodeship and Pomeranian. Lower level warnings against strong winds may apply in the following voivodeships: Pomeranian (outside northern counties), West Pomeranian Voivodeship (outside northern counties), Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Podlasie, Masovian Voivodeship, Lublin Province, Łódź, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Greater Poland, Lubuskie.
IMWM also plans to issue first-degree warnings against freezing precipitation in the voivodeships Lesser Poland (in the following counties: Nowy Targ, Nowy Sącz, Gorlice) i Podkarpackie (in the following counties: Bieszczady, Lesko, Sanok, Krosno, Jasło).
IMWM threat forecast for Monday
Dangerously strong winds are forecast for the entire country on Monday. Second degree warnings may appear in the following voivodeships: Pomeranian (coastal counties), West Pomeranian Voivodeship (in coastal counties), Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (except poviats: Iława, Nowe Miasto, Nidzica, Działdowo, Szczytno), Podlasie (in the northern half of the region).
Level 1 alerts are planned to be issued in other regions.

There may also be strong winds on Tuesday. First-degree warnings about this phenomenon may appear in the following voivodeships: Pomeranian (in coastal counties), West Pomeranian Voivodeship (in northern counties), Podlasie, Lublin Province and Masovian Voivodeship.
