  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 ½  cups salsa
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ½  giant white or yellow onion, reduce into ½-inch thick rings
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ¼  teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless hen breast, reduce into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 -10 corn tortillas, toasted
  • Your favourite taco toppings: lettuce, cheese, bitter cream or Greek yogurt, cilantro, tomatoes, black olives, and so on.
