Experts in the field of geodesy and hydrology were together with the prosecutor in Jelenia Góra Cieplice (Lower Silesia) today, where the owner of a holiday resort was supposed to have dug through a flood embankment. According to investigators, this was most likely to redirect water that was accumulating on the premises of the resort. As a result, neighboring streets were flooded. The owner claims that the excavator did not breach any flood embankments.
