A search is beneath method for 3 lacking British passengers after a diving boat caught fireplace within the Purple Sea off Egypt’s coast, officers have stated.

Twelve vacationers have been rescued from the vessel in Marsa Alam, which native officers stated was carrying 15 British passengers, 10 crew members and two guides.

Authorities stated preliminary experiences instructed the fireplace was on account of {an electrical} fault.

The Twister Marine Fleet, which owns the Hurricane vessel, stated the boat caught on fireplace at 6.30am.

It stated it was now bringing the boat again to the marina beneath authority supervision.
