– These are not good results – says MaÅ‚gorzata Cieloch from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, explaining that first of all it was checked how the prices of dishes and dishes that are prepared and how consumers are served.

It also reminds that we have the right to complain. He explains that we can advertise the gastronomic service improperly performed, i.e. for a cold dish, for a small weight in relation to what has been determined, or no clear information about the composition.
UOKiK It also points out that additional fees, e.g. for service or take -out packaging, should be given before placing the order – in the menu or orally.
– It is important that if we see unreliable service or we have experiences related to the fact that there is no information as to the price or added service, in such cases, please notify the nearest Provincial Inspectorate for the Trade Inspection – says Cieloch.
