In one of the companies in Tuchola (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), a 39-year-old attacked a 45-year-old woman with a knife, stabbing her in the back. The woman was taken to hospital for observation. The perpetrator was arrested.
The incident took place on Monday (November 13) in a company providing accounting services. The police are investigating the case.
– The attacker stabbed the woman in the back in the presence of witnesses. When the called police arrived, the injured party was being given first aid, and the man was lying in the building with his hands on his head, said junior aspirant Łukasz Tomaszewski from the District Police Headquarters in Tuchola.
39-year-old arrested
The woman was taken to hospital, from which she has since been released, and is currently staying at home. According to the police, her life is not in danger. The 39-year-old was arrested.
– The police are interviewing witnesses of the incident, investigating the circumstances of the case and the perpetrator’s motives. The man will be taken to the prosecutor’s office, the press officer emphasized.
