Turkmenistan’s president fires chief prosecutor for failure to meet his duties, state media say

ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan — Turkmenistan’s president fired the nation’s chief prosecutor for failing to correctly fulfill his duties, the official each day reported Wednesday.

President Serdar Berdymukhamedov introduced the dismissal throughout Tuesday’s assembly of the State Safety Council that reviewed the efficiency of the Central Asian nation’s army and regulation enforcement buildings.

Berdymukhamedov introduced that he was firing Prosecutor Basic Serdar Myalikguliyev for “the failure to correctly fulfill his duties and the low stage of group of the prosecutor’s workplace work,” in response to the federal government each day Impartial Turkmenistan. He did not elaborate additional.
