The Sunday report of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shows that since the beginning of armed aggression, the Russian army has lost 354 planes and 326 helicopters in Ukraine.

“An enemy Su-25 has fallen again! Now its remains lie at one of the airports in Donetsk,” the 110th Independent Mechanized Brigade said in a Facebook post on Saturday. “Soldiers of the 110th Air Defense Brigade continue to impose severe penalties on Moscow pilots for illegally crossing the border,” it added.

After the attack on Belbek airport

On Friday, in an interview with the Ukrainian Espreso television portal, well-known military expert Serhiy Zgurets confirmed that as a result of the attack on the Belbek military airport in the annexed Crimea, the Russian army lost two MiG-31 fighters, a Su-27 fighter and probably a MiG-29. Zgurec referred to satellite photos published by the Western press.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported earlier that on the night of May 14-15, air defense systems destroyed 10 ATACMS operational-tactical missiles over Crimea. The ministry did not inform about losses and damages at that time.
