In the village of Rykowo near Henichesk, in the Russian-occupied part of the Kherson region in southern Ukraine, explosions continued for several hours in a large ammunition warehouse of Russian troops, local authorities said on Sunday. The recording, published by the independent channel Nexta, shows a burning object.

– Our armed forces carried out the attack. It is very noisy in Rykovo in the Henich region since the morning, said the representative of the administration of the Odessa region, Serhiy Bratchuk, quoted by the Interfax-Ukraine agency. “There was a very large ammunition depot there,” the official added.

The commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, General Mykola Oleszchuk, confirmed that there had been an attack. He reported that it happened near the Partyzany railway station in Ryków, located on both sides of the railway line from occupied Melitopol to Dzhankoy in occupied Crimea.

“Good job, boys!” – the commander wrote on the Telegram channel.

Petro Andryushchenko, an adviser to the mayor of occupied Mariupol, loyal to the authorities in Kiev, published photos of the explosion.

A well-known Ukrainian journalist and blogger Denys Kazanski wrote that Russian soldiers were unloading their weapons at the Partyzany station and that many of them were to die. Kazanski did not provide more details.

Social media also reported about explosions in the area of ​​Skadovsk – a city on the Black Sea, west of the occupied Crimea.
