Thanks to the Delta system, Ukrainians destroyed Russian military equipment worth more than $15 billion, the Ministry of Defense in Kiev reported. The system allows, among other things, to plan operations and observe in real time areas where fighting is taking place.
“Ukraine is a country of advanced technologies, and the numerical superiority of the Russian enemy on the battlefield is compensated by our digital solutions and high-precision weapons. The modern Delta system is effectively used in the Ukrainian armed forces. Thanks to it, enemy equipment worth more than $15 billion has been destroyed,” the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Monday.
According to the head of this ministry, Rustem Umerov, the “innovative product” will be implemented in all power structures.

600k enemy location objects
The Ukrinform news agency recalled that Delta is a combat system developed by the Defense Ministry's Center for Innovation and Development of Defense Technologies in Kiev. “It allows you to plan operations and see the battlefield in real time, exchange information within a unit, brigade or military group, and if necessary – also with allies. Every month, more than 600 thousand enemy location objects are added to the system,” Ukrinform reported.
Former Ukrainian Minister for Digital Transformation, currently head of the Zaporizhia Oblast authorities, Mykhailo Fedorov, called the Delta system “Google Maps for the military.”
Delta integrated with the Polish TOPAZ system
The Ukrainian Defense Ministry recalled that the system has been used during exercises since 2019. NATO CWIX, during which the interoperability of combat systems between member and partner countries of the Alliance is tested and improved.
In July, Delta was integrated with the Polish TOPAZ artillery fire control system.
The Russian army is losing military equipment on the Ukrainian front every day, as regularly reported by the Ukrainian side.
