The International Criminal Court begins an investigation into the Russian terrorist act at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, the president of Ukraine said in a video address. According to Volodymyr Zelensky, representatives of the ICC should see with their own eyes that the Russian occupiers continue to shell the areas flooded as a result of the terrorist attack, while the evacuation continues there.

– On the first day after the catastrophe, the Prosecutor General Ukraine appealed to the ICC to investigate the catastrophe. And the work has already begun. International justice officials have seen the consequences of this Russian terrorist attack with their own eyes and know that Russian terror continues. It continues with the most cynical shelling of the flooded territory, the evacuation territory, ”said the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.
