The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been going on for 470 days. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that international aid organizations, such as the Red Cross, should immediately join the action to remove the effects of the destruction of the dam and hydroelectric power station in Nova Kakhivka, and in particular to evacuate the population from the flooded areas. > Russian artillery shelled Ukrainsk, a town in the Donetsk region, killing three people and wounding three others. > President Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan I propose the creation of an international commission to investigate the causes and consequences of the destruction of the Dnieper dam in Nova Kakhovka, the office of the Turkish leader said. Erdogan spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on this matter.

> The operation of the international airport in Lviv, suspended after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, may be resumed for humanitarian purposes in cooperation with the European Union, said the head of the Lviv region, Maksym Kozycki, quoted by Ukrinform.

> In the flood after the Russians blew up the dam in Nowa Kakhovka many Russian soldiers killed or injured, Ukrainian officer Andriy Pidlisny told CNN. In his opinion, the occupation command did not warn the military in order to keep the operation secret.

> NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will pay a visit to the White House on Monday to discuss the NATO summit in Vilnius, scheduled for July, said Karine Jean-Pierre, spokeswoman for the US president Joe Biden. She added that the leaders will also discuss aid for Ukraine to fend off the Russian invasion.
