Ukraine, Magura V5 drone has been attacking the Russian Su-30

Near the Port, the Novorosyjsk Ukrainian Magura drone, equipped with a R-73-directed missile, attacked the Russian Su-30 fighter-military intelligence in Kiev. The hit machine caught fire in the air and fell into the sea – the interview said.

“Historical attack was carried out by soldiers of the Special Force Unit 'Group 13' using the Magura V5 drone. The multi -purpose aggressor fighter, whose estimated cost is about $ 50 million, stood in flames in the air and eventually fell to the sea” – Ukrainian military intelligence said in a Sunday communication.

SU-30 was hit during a Friday attack near the Noworosyjsk port in the Krasnodar country in the south Russia. The ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are stationed here.

Magura V5's sea shock drone shot a directed air-to-air projectile R-73 towards the Russian machine.

Russian prowe channels on the telegram reported that “Su-30 pilots managed to catapult and that they were saved by Russian civil sailors.” No more details were disclosed.

Shared Mi-8 helicopter

It is worth noting that this is the first combat event in history, when the fighter or a plane in general, was destroyed by a drone armed with a rocket – wrote the Ukrainian military portal Defense Express.

Developed on order of an interview

Magura V5 drones were developed on request of a military intelligence in Kiev. They are used to conduct observation, recognition, patrolling, search and rescue operations, warning about mines, navy protection and attacking enemy goals.

Magura V5 is over five meters long, it can develop a speed of up to 80 kilometers per hour, its range is from 400 to 800 km, it can transfer an explosive to 200 kg.
