The Russians are constantly increasing the number of troops. On Sunday Vladimir Putin signed decree on spring conscription. According to the TASS agency, the document assumes that the army will be reinforced in total 150 thousand new soldiers.

The draft started at the beginning of April and will last until mid-July. The Kremlin also changed the age of people conscripted into the army. Now citizens in the range can join the army from 18 to 30 years of age. During the autumn draft, the upper age limit was 27.

Conscripts cannot go to the front.
