The staff estimated that the attack is another war crime committed by the Russian authorities on the civilian population. “The Russian army every day terrorizes Ukrainian cities with rocket attacks and drones, destroying residential buildings, schools and hospitals. Now it has intentionally killing its own civilians. Terrorists will be held responsible for any war crime,” said the staff.

Ukrainian army: Almost 100 people under the rubble

A spokesman for the Ukrainian forces in Oleksij Dmytraszkivski's Kursj District said that 95 people were under the rubble.

– From the rubble you can hear moans and screams of people. I remind you that most of these people are the elderly and chained to bed. The military forces of the commandant are currently conducting a search and rescue operation-he announced, quoted by the Interfax-Ukraina agency.

Ukrainian troops entered the Kurski District on August 6, 2024. It was then explained that one of the goals of this offensive was to force the Russians to transfer part of their forces to this region Donbass in the east of Ukraine.
