Romania considered the Russian attack on the civilian ship "an unprecedented escalation" conflict in Ukraine. The comment came a day after Volodymyr Zelensky reported an incident in the Black Sea. After leaving Ukrainian territorial waters, a ship carrying grain to Egypt was hit by missiles.
