The list published on the PZPN profile shows that Probierz removed Legia Warszawa midfielder Bartosz Kapustka, as well as Michał Gurgul and Bartosz Mrozek, Lech Poznań defender and goalkeeper, respectively, before the clash with Portugal.
In the case of Mrozek, however, it was known that he came to the training camp mainly for training purposes. Sport.pl reported earlierthat Bartłomiej Drągowski is to play in goal against Portugal. However, TVP Sport previously reported that Kapustka and Michael Ameyaw would not play against Portugal due to health reasons. The latter left the training camp together with Przemysław Frankowski.
Among the players called up for the November training camps, Kacper Kozłowski is also missing (he did not make it at all, he was replaced by Ameyaw), as is Robert Lewandowski, but his absence from both of the team's upcoming matches in the Nations League has been known since Monday. Antoni Kozubal and Dominik Marczuk were given a chance to make their debut in the national team against Portugal.
