He said that “African customers expect competitive and competitive products proven quality.” And that's what Ursus is supposed to give them.
Big challenges: -We have to put everything on your feet, because we took over a company with almost ceased production and a practically non-existent logistics system – emphasizes Oleg Kret. It mentions that Ursus must, among other things, complete audits, renovate machinery and increase employment. In recent years, just over 100 of the thousand employees remained, including less than 90 in the main office plant in Dobre Miasto.
Ursus, a company with history: This is a company from the automotive sector. For years it was this leading manufacturer of tractors and agricultural machinery. The company was established in 1893 in Warsaw. In the years 1960-1990, the Ursus brand became recognizable all over the world, and tractors with a bear on the coat of arms were very popular in some regions of the world. The company has been restructuring since 2018. However, 2021 was the key year. Then, due to financial problems, the company was announced bankrupt. A few years later bought for PLN 74 million is Ukrainian entrepreneur Oleg Krot, who believes that the company can be rebuilt.
