Her announcements suggest that the tax break for families with small children would be $6,000. In turn, a federal ban on inflating the prices of food products would stop large corporations from unfairly taking advantage of consumers in their pursuit of profit. Kamala Harris also wants to build three million new apartments over four years and introduce subsidies ($25,000) for down payments for first-time homebuyers.

The Democratic candidate also spoke about the need to lower health care costs and eliminate medical debt. She also reiterated the promise of US President Joe Biden. She assured that there will be no tax increase for people who earn no more than $400,000 a year.
