Democratic candidate for August 7
Meanwhile, Democratic National Committee (DCC) Chairman Jamie Harrison announced that Democrats will formally select their presidential candidate. USA by August 7. He declared that this would happen during an “open and fair” nomination process.
“The work ahead of us may be unprecedented, but we are prepared to conduct a transparent, expeditious and orderly process to move forward as a unified Democratic Party,” Harrison said during a conference call.
