Donald Trump won the presidential election in Arizona, CNN reported. This means that he receives another 11 electoral votes. This means that the Republican won all seven swing states.
270 Electoral College votes were needed to win the White House race. Together with the pool from Arizona (11 votes), Donald Trump has a total of 312 of them, and a Kamala Harris – 226.
Politico reminds that the Republican ran an election campaign focusing on border security, immigration and the fight against crime. He won in Arizona, which saw a record influx of migrants last year.
During the election campaign, Trump promised mass deportations and the hiring of an additional 10,000 people. agents to patrol the US-Mexico border. He assured that he would allocate part of the military budget to finance border protection.

Donald Trump also won the general election with 74.5 million votes, almost 4 million more than Kamala Harris, according to CNN.
