“The intelligence community assesses that Russian agents of influence recently produced a video that falsely portrayed people claiming to be Haitians and voting illegally in multiple counties in Georgia. This assessment is based on information available to the community and previous activities of other Russian agents of influence, including videos and other disinformation activities,” the intelligence agencies said in a statement.
The Georgia Secretary of State's office, Brada Raffenspergeracalled the video “deliberate disinformation” and said it was likely produced by “Russian troll farms.”
Raffensperger he addressed the billionaire directly Elon Muskas well as other social media owners where the video appeared to remove the video from their platforms.
X's spokesman said the content of the recording violates company policies and “takes action against such entries.”
