Several dozen prisoners in Texas have created the inscription SOS from their own bodies. The incident occurred when a drone of the Reuters agency appeared near the prison stroller. The agency managed to contact some of those people who are threatened with deportation with the USA.

The situation took place on April 28 in the city of Anson, Texas. As the Reuters agency describes, when she flew by her drone next to the Bluebonnet prison to photograph the prisoners, a group of 31 men on a walking machine set up in the shape of the inscription SOS. The agency explains that most of these people were dressed in red costumes, which means that they were considered very dangerous people.
Prisoners call for help
Reuters determined that ten days earlier, American immigration agents informed a group of Venezuelans embedded in this prison, that they were recognized as members of the Venezuelan Gang Tren de Aragua gang and that they would be deported.
Family members of some of these people, as well as prisoners themselves, emphasize that they are not criminals. – make false accusations about me. I do not belong to any gang – says 19 -year -old Jeferson Escalon, which the agency reached. The prisoners, as the agency writes, are afraid that they will go to megawięzie in Salvador. Escalona told the agency that he voluntarily reported a desire to return to Venezuelabut he was refused. “I'm afraid of my life here,” he said. So far, Reuters has not been able to verify the truthfulness of these claims.
Bluebonnet prison is located about 320 km west of Dallas. It is managed by Management and Training Corporation as part of a contract with the Customs and Imaging Office (ICE). On average, 846 prisoners stay there every day.
