The woman was found Monday evening at Borderland State Park by hikers who heard her scream. Initially, the police could only hear the woman, but could not locate her. Eventually, they succeeded and with the help of ATVs, breaking through dense thickets and swamps, the officers reached Tetevsky and freed her. “Emma was conscious and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for observation,” it said.

The woman was reported missing by her family on June 26 because she had not returned home the day before. She did not have her phone with her at the time of her disappearance. Local residents were asked for help in finding her. “Thank you all. The public has never lost hope that she will be located safely. This would not have been possible without the help of the people,” Stoughton Police said.
